AFC - Emily

This is another one of a series of films i wrote and directed for the Action for Children charity campaign. Each child told the story of their struggles and how AFC helped them to have a better life. Each story was animated in a different stopframe style. Emily’s story was first animated in CGI, then we printed of all the frames of her action, hand painted them and then shot them on location over one night in Soho. At the time it was made it held the world record for the smallest stop frame animation ever produced. It was a very interesting and rewarding campaign to do.
